Make My Trip

On June 8th I started to make my booking online with Make My Trip for Goa/London/Goa. Their website showed a low price of 32000 Rs. As I had trouble with my credit card I called their CustomerDelight??? Agent who assured me the cheaper fare had sold out but would book me the next price [10000 extra].So I agreed. The next day the cheaper fare was still showing and even 1 week later also. I sent 6 e.mails asking for an explanation. I got 1 reply from someone called ”Kajal Devi”[probably fictitious]” saying sorry we’ll investigate and get back to you in 48 hours. On the 23rdJune, the same person called me to say they were refunding the difference in the ticket. However till today 20thJuly…no refund I even sent a SpeedPost Letter to the MD of Make My Trip in Haryana but no reply. I also sent a letter to the Chairman of theTravel Agents Association of India but obviously they protect their own as no acknowledgement or reply. My advice is NEVER use Make My Trip. I am a Senior Citizen so can ill afford to lose 10000 Rs. Is there anyone else who I can legally complain to??
