Refund not credited even after 40 days from cancellation Of Flight Booking

These are the details of my booking and cancellation on Make My trip.

Booking ID- NF251412655506,

Cancellation Number IN1101R0090270,

Credit Note Number NF22655506 dated. 4-02

Since 4th of Feb'2011 I have been following up with Make My Trip that the refund is not credited to my accounts. Keep getting standard reply " we have processed the refund on 4th". I have been asked to wait for various periods - 72 working hours, 7 working days, 21 working days, on several occasions.

Till today 40 days after cancellation there is no sign of refund credit in my account.
