I have made hotel booking on 14 apr..which was n't succesful due to some technical error..this happened twice... But amount has been debited from my account twice... i have send them bank statements & everything... but of no use..i have just been following them for refund... i have mail from them which says your refund is processed... but i am still waiting for same... and sick of following it up from last 10-11 days...

some one pl help me... what is escalation matrix... any appropriate email id...
