Non Refund of Money

I have Booked Return Train Ticket through Makemytrip.com on 13-10 using my saving account with Vijaya Bank. But, due to some reason I have cancelled Ticket on 5-11. After that on 18-11 I received mail confirmation from Make my trip that refund of cancellation is processed and refund is forwrded to my savings account. But, till date I didn't received any amount in my account till date. I have called atleast 25 times to makemytrip.com only I get assurance that your complain is forwarded to seniors and they will contact you in 48 HRS and I never get any responce in return. Also i have given mail but, no responce or refund I got.
