I booked a train ticket for Agra from Make My Trip (India) Pvt. Ltd.103 Udyog Vihar Phase I

Gurgaon -122016 (Haryana) on 4/04. The amount Rs 1563/- was deducted from my account but suddenly i got a mail from make my trip that booking was failed and we will get our amount back in 7 days, after that i am calling them everyday and they always come up with different excuses but they have not returned my amount till 25th may. they have asked for our bank statement to prove that the amount was deducted from our account, that i did immediately. i am attaching the mails they have sent to us and still there is no end to the harassment. these persons are responsible for my case :-

Mr. Pawan Thapa, Mr. Chandan Singh Adhikari, Mr. Amit arora, Mr. Tarun Sethi, Mr. Manoj Singh, Mr. Anirudh yadav, Ms. Pooja Bohra.
