Wrong information

I have taken the ticket on 6 april from Bangalore (madiwala) to Hyderabad (Afzal gunj). Agent has given wrong information regarding my droping point.he has droped me at lakdikapul .and given the word that he will drop me at Afzal gunj and also charged Rs100/- extra than original ticket amount.

Even though the curfew was lifted in that area from 6p.m

I have lost my time and money .what to do with this kind of agents...

and wats the solution
