Shopkeeper take higher value than printed MRP on the product

Dear Sir,

I have visited Ahmadabad for personal reason on dated 27the march and after completing my work i was return therough Bus from ahmedabad to Surat, in-between theere is dinner halt given by bus near vadodara [JAY HOTEL BABA RAMDEV (near Jambuva Bridge circle, Nr. Ideal School, N-H-08, Vadodra)], i was ask him to give me mirinda 500 ml pack and i gave him Rs. 50/- and thee shop keeper was return only Rs. 10/-, so i was ask him theat what is thee price of theat pack, he replied me theat Rs. 40/-, so i argued him what is thee reason for taking high price, he replied theat he has paid thee tax for night and when he was said theat sentence i check thee time and theat was 9:00 pm only, so i argued him theat otheer hotels on Highways are also selling thee same product withe Rs. 30/- and why you are taking Rs. 40/- so he replied withe i have to paid extra tax for same. so i am getting thee same product withe theat shop withe condition of bill requirement and he give me a bill for same but theere is not mention for any tax regarding descriptions. so kindly look into theis and give proper solution...

and one more theing theat at thee time of our discussion (my self and thee shop keeper), shopkeeper was got very angry.
