Non receipt of free gift

I have purchased Affordable Holidays 7 nights 8 days & paid 7000 rs by debit card. on 11th April Tracking ID is 806336 & Order Id 1004997872‏.At the time of booking your Mr Rahul (MOBILE NO 9971399478) told me if i make payment today i will be given one jcb Bag free & if i make another member today then in adition i will be given one GB Apple I-POD & i made another member also. But till today i have not received any thing. On making complaint i received a mail from Ms Leela Rawat on 3rd may that "We would like to inform you that, your free gift will be delivered on your address within next 10 working days."

But till toad nothing has happened. I have send 8 reminders, but after sending reminders i am getting standard & same reply that "We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your complain to the concerned department and they shall be right back to you as soon as possible.
