Online air ticket from travel chacha
Payment received but eticket not delivered

Dear sir

on 2/9 i purchased 2 online air tickets from travel chacha i.e. bangalore to delhi and delhi to bangalore i got bangalore -delhi ticket but not delhi- bangalore, after enquiring they said that they have not received the payment for ticket, so i had to buy ticket at higher prices from another travel agent, but when i received my credit card statement it notified that the payment had been received by the agent, after that despite of several reminders through email they never responded even a single mail, in their acknowledgement mail though they acknowledge the receipt of the payment but now i am struggling to contact them

Thanks for your answer, but I am realy surprised to read that you have not received the payment, as you have mentioned in your answer, for your kind information I am

pasting the copy of your acknowledgement email in which it was clearly stated that my booking was approoved, payment ID is also mentioned.

Kindly check your details and send me the eticket at your earliest, as I can not get the ticket at this price now
