I booked a package tour BANGALORE-TIRUPATHI-BANGALORE for travel on 19th December. I booked on line through rail@yatra.com. During the process of booking, after filling up all details, and making my payment through my credit card, the transaction abruptly stopped and there was no confirmation of booking from Yatra Team. However full charges of the travel was drawn from my credit card account.(Rs.3920/-) I have been making correspondance since the date of booking ie:30-11. Till date I have not received my refund amount. Every mail yatra team replies your refund is under process and you will get within 4-5 working days.
Please advice me legal option opened to me for taking up the matter.
