Parveen travels
No refund for cancelled tickets

I have booked a ticket in Parveen travels thro online from Hosur to Chennai, journey date: 27/12, No of seats: 2, amount: Rs.720/- tocket no: BS00500126. But due to personal reasons i decided to cancel the tickets, and it was done thro online itself on 27/12, my tickets got cancelled and i got the message that amount Rs.648/- will be refunded to my account directly.

But till this date there is no refund from them, iu have made nearly 50 phone calls to them they are telling that it will be done by system automatically thro ICICI gateway, but i didnt get it. While asking about this they are asking to contact ICICI directly, but that stupids are not answering properly, they told thier vendor can only register complaint. I dont know what to do? do any one have same experience and get solved?

In my experience i recommend dont use online facility for Omni bus services... particullarly PARVEEN
