Worst Service - Not safe to travel

I like to share and alert all the passengers who prefers Parveen travels for their important works, Please dont choose Parveen to travel to Kerala.

On 7-7, Took a ticket to malapuram via red bus, choose a window seat number 8 but the seat which i got was also but not a window seat, that is acceptable since its ladies seat they have rights to suffle.

Haven't taken ticket to malapuram, they didnt drop me at the malapuram not even near to malapuram . i am afraid why these cheaters charged me for malapuram and also promised the bus will reach malapuram at 6.30 am.

Being a lady, i struggled lot to reach malapuram, i have spent more than half of the ticket price to reach malapuram.

spending money is not an problem, but they dont even have a heart i am a lady and traveled alone in parveen because its safe and secure, but actual thing happened is just opposite.

called parveen and made a compliant, No response from the department.

My appeal to management is if u can't dont promise ..please . we have lot of option in the market . shame on parveen travels
