Poor service, incompetent agents

There are 3 tickets from BLR-DEL-KATHMANDU-DEL-BLR.

This was re-scheduled on 7th dec. It costed us 10, 600 INR as rescheduling charges.

The agent did not suggest cancellation and re-booking. I checked this option later and found that if I had cancelled and rebooked, I could have saved about 4000 INR, I have registered a complaint with yatra
