Poor Comunication

Today we had booked ticket from Mumbai to Gadag in Volvo Coach of VRL Travels which is was very well known for its good services, but where to much dissappointed since our pick up point was Kharghar Hirannadani & without our knownledge or prior information the bus was taken to Kopra & were informed us at last moment, we were waiting for bus since 7.00 pm & the scheduled time was 8.00pm from kharghar & were constantly trying to call bus driver but noone responded & around 9.30pm lift the phone & tell come to Kopra to catch the bus. My wife had to hurry up with her old aged mother to kopra by walk since no taxi or rickshaw turned up at the time. My mother in law is heart patient & is having BP too if anything would have occured in hurry who is responsible?
