Aala tours and travels
Bad service

Last March our family booked trip through aala tours and travels. A girl name nisehman confirmed all bookings and hotel names and location that we would visit in jammu and kashmir. It was 15 days trip. But when we reached kashmir our whole trip hotels were changed. She did not even tell us that due to non availibility she has changed the hotel. It was surpise to us when the tour manager Sameer told us that when we reached Kashmir. And all subsitute hotels were of cheap quality. Sameer and Nisheman both are cheaters and they just work for each other and not for tourist. Even the driver which we got was unaware of any place in kashmir and the whole tour was runined as we were not guided by anyone. Never ever book through aala tour and travels
