Cancellation of bus ticket

Respected sir/mam,

I, Renjith, have online bus ticket for 16 Jun 12 from Kesineni Travels at 0344 pm on 15 Jun 12, but the ticket is wrong booked for the date of 15 Jun 12. Then after I suddenly call to Kesineni travels help line 04044771777 at 0346pm. Pick up my call one Mr. Surendra, and I told my problem to him. But he told me that, this is your problem, and if you want go to your trip other wise consumer court. I am totally confused and mentally harassment. After I beg to him, 'sir please cancel my ticket otherwise now book my ticket for next day'. But Mr. Surendra not agree with me. I am totally mentally torched. Sir I am an Army Man and in this time am in Arty Centre Hydrerabad. Please refund my cash 3600/- net browsing charge is 50/-.
