Tricking a custome

I live in Australia now days. I came to india for holiday and i have booked a hotel on Indiatimes web site. India Times has confirmed my booking and has sent me a confirmation letter among with PNR number of that hotel. But when I contacted that hotel in goa they said there is no room available and there is no booking from Indiatimes on my name. I then contacted Indiatimes office in new delhi and spoke to neeraj choudhary 011-23266721 but this person also ignored me and told me that he will call me back .. i am waiting for his call for last two days and when ever i am calling him is not picking up my phone ..india times has already debited money from my account and i done flight bookings from jammu to goa on their confirmation. My order number is 110515820 and I don't know what should i do in this regrad..If some one can give me a wise advise please do so and plz tell others not to use indiatimes website for any bookings .. they are looting money of innocent people
