Online Transaction not Refunded

On 01/06, 4 of my KSRTC transaction got failed. Following are the OB Ref no:

This is for sector Coimbatore - Bangalore.

I have received refund for 2 of these. kindly look into the rest failed transaction.

On 22/06,

Another transaction got failed for sector Bangalore-Agumbe for RS. 1227 which also has not been refunded.

Another Bangalore to Agumbe booking got failed for Rs. 409. I haven't received the refund for that too.
