Dear Sir,

i had arranged a package tour for dours by Akash Tourism ('Shymacharan Market', 123, Raja S.C. Mullick Road, Goria, Kolkata 700084). One of the manager of Akash Tourism (Mr. Ranjan Dhar) had taken 23500/- rupees for the total pacakge tour and had send me the schedule to me via email (11 Dec 08:50:10 -0000 [12/11 02:20:10 PM IST]) as follows:

23/12/09; EARLY morning arrival at NJP/ RLY STN BY KAMRUP EXP .Transfer to PAREN hills by car via JHALONG enroute B-FAST. AFTERNOON VISIT BINDU (JAL-DHAKA hydel project)& TODEY village&back to resort.(n/s).

24/12/09; After B-FAST visit SAMSING, SUNTALEYKHOLA, ROCKY ISLAND. Afternoon back to PAREN-resort& enjoy beatifull PAREN VIEW.(n/s)

25/12/09:Morning transfer to RAJABHATKHAWA (n/s) via JALDAPARA& KHOYERBARI forest.

26/12/09: After B-fast visit BUXA&JAYANTI hills-forest.(n/s)

27/12/09:Morning transfer to JPG RLY stn for return journey towards KOLKATA. Evening arrival

Kolkata rly stn (chitpur).

but when we reach to Paren, we had faced several problem not only with accomodation but also they did not show the promised spots. when we reach to RAJABHATKHAWA, we had faced badly reception in the hotel. the hotel manager threaten us to leave the room in the night when we told our accomodation problem to him. When we told our problem to Mr. Ranjan Dhar via phone, he did not react properly. I don't know how a travel aggent can make the traveller in a bad satuation without obeying their responsibility. I would request you to take a necessary action against Akash Tourism ('Shymacharan Market', 123, Raja S.C. Mullick Road, Goria, Kolkata 700084) so that other traveller doesnot face problem as we faced in the dense forest.
