Poor condition of Hi-tech Bus, risk faced in journey

Sir, I belongs to tripurantkam, prakasam district. I has been travelling mostly in Hi-tech buses of Vinukonda depot to Hyderabad along with my family. In this way, We travelled On 8th January night at 10-45 p.m, in Hitech Bus, Service No.4588, Departture time 22-45, seatings are, 11, 12, 15 and 16. of VINUKONDA depot bus of guntur district. In the bus, due to dead condition of main gates, we suffered with heavy cold. we didn't get sleep. up to destination we got very much irritation. we are paying so much remuneration for good facilities.

For this reason of poor facilities of hitech bus provide by D.M.of VINUKONDA depot, I am demanding that, I want to get risk fine from depot manager minimum Rs.10, 000/-along with total cost bearing for this case.
