No Connection No response even after 5days

Being a fool I took a one year cable connection from asianet my name is manoj my connection is GA00451608 every time they took atleast one week to rectify a problem that too if we call them every day and remind them now i lost connection on 20th i made a complaint on 21 I got a ticket no 10507

I used to call the customer support every day and some call center guy will answer saying the stock reply " We have forwarded your complaint to the center some one will attend the call today" every day. This asianet guys are good for nothing people. So I warn you guys DONT EVEN THINK OF TAKING AN ASIANET CABLE CONNECTION ALL MY WISE NEIGHBOURS Are taken local connection and all their problems are attended within hours of making a complaint.waiting for my one year validity to end so that i can also interact with human not donkies
