Irresponsibility of the crew

I have a Sundirect DTH connection from 19 th January onwards its card no. 41136578402R. I got it from Maria Vision Dth vision, kottayam, kerala.

Now from Augest 8th onwords it is not working. several times I contact the service provider in 18002007575 phone no.. Each time they will give me a complaint no like 1-378254358, 1-415335204, 1-363543934, 1-357355868 etc... From their information I handed over the settop box to the dealer, mariya vision, in 20th Augest 2010. They did not give me the box for last one month saying that it is handed over for Replacement. After 40 days they give me the Same box says that everything is ok and charged Rs. 200/- for replacement. But now also it is not working. Its recharge validity remains upto 28th October. what should i do???
