Poor quality product!

I am very sad to inform about Vulgar customer Service. I am using Onida TV 29INCHES products for the last 2 years. JUST AFTER THE WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR l had a problem with my television, i have informed that to my nearest customer service center that is in MANGALORE KARNATAKA. THEY ARE TELLING YOUR PLACE IS TOO FAR. MY RESIDENCE IS WITHIN THE CORPORATION LIMIT, [in mangalore refinery and petrochemicals ltd township] The Service centre, they are avoiding me around one and half week. They didn't taking phones. I am really frustrated with bad response to my complaint.
