Hi,
My Airtel digital tv customer id is 300490258 and I have applied for shifting of cable tv. The old connection was removed 5th June and still now the new connection has not been installed in my new flat. During my old connection removal I was asked to pay Rs 300 and the same amount was paid by me through recharge on 7th June.
I have called airtel digital tv customer care atleast 10-15 times during last three days and every time they tell me that the new connection would be installed in my new flat within next 2 hours but nothing happened till now.
Today on 9th June (10 p.m) just now when I called airtel customer care I got a new information that my account has been suspended (although I have enough balance) and they could not tell me the reason for this suspension.
It is quite surprising to see that the CSR's does not event have such basic information. They have now told me once the account is activated they would discuss with concerned department and let me know when the connection would be installed in my new flat. This is quite astonishing to see how a company like AIRTEL treats their customer.
I am quite sure that if I call tomorrow morning I would get some new information and again some false hope.
