This is kedarnath from Chennai, I have my membership with bigflix from past 2years in 1 disc unlimited plan.

After closing there stores at chennai I am facing problems for delivery, pickup and wrong despatching. I made several complaint through Mail & over Phone to customer Care . till today I am facing the same problem. In chennai distribution centre is very . from them we will not get any information . on Jan 9th they made a delivery of one movie till today it was not despatched in this week this is 2nd time. If I ask customer care simply they transfer the complaint to Mumbai cc . we will not get any response. I want to know how to approach the higher officials.
