I have taken a membership plan on february February 07 from BIGFLIX... Since the membership the following issues has been raised to them but they are not helpfull in any of there services.
1. The timing of disc delivery as per them is 10am-10pm and they have flexibility for changing the time via their customer care but their service department can't deliver you the movie on that time.
2. Disc are so old and corrupted and when you complain about them then they extend your delivery timing. There is no proper check about their discs and no porper response from customer service also.
3. Whenever I have ordered for a particular movie they automatically change the movie and they send me some different movie.
4. When I asked for cancellation and refund of my amount they say its not refundable.
So I would like to request for looking into the matter. Thanks.
