Few channels are not getting

I have opted malayalam regional pack (Rs.127.00 per month). Now iam not getting many channels like GEMINI, NICK, AXN, MTV, UTVworld, UTVbindas, andSTARWORLD etc. My coustomer ID NO is58000916.Kindy look in to this matter and do the needful so that i will get the above channels as iwas getting for about one year under this pack.
