Ever worst customer service

Hi... myself Dr. Rajesh Chakraborty, staying in Kolkata. I have bought this big t.v. some 45 days ago. Suddenly, I got some signal problem. I called to customer service date-23.12.10.smart card no36745257. complain no- 143581404.they told me about 48 hrs time.but after almost 7 days gone, no teq visited me.when ever I call customer service, they use to give sympathy in their own way, or else transfer to their senior executives who do the same. When I call them in their cell, they either dont take the call or switch off. Such a harrashment, anyways, all my dear friends, I suggest never ever take this service... thanx...
