Amount paid but not installed

I have paid Rs.1490/= to Appco Group India for Big TV DTH service connection on 25.01.2011. Representative Mr. Selvam, his mobile no:9080947605, assured me to install the big tv DTH service connection with in two days. But so far nobody response and install the connection. I came to know so many people paid the amount for big TV DTH connection and waiting for long time. I dont know the Appco Marketing (I) Pvyt ltd company is genuine or not. Kindly help me.
