Not able to get money back after cancelation of bigtv

We are not able to get our money back after cancelation of bigtv dth service from three months .no steps are taken to give our money back from 3 months. and the concerned authority mr .shanmukam (manager -9133376096) is not responding for the complaint and telling that he will call tommorow but not responding.

our cheque no--334757 (sbh, apsrtc branch musherabad, hyd)

an amount of rs.1390

so, kindly respond to this complaint and refund our money back as soon as possible.
