Incoorect display of seats available

Book my show is worst site. Seats are blocked for more than an hour so you cant book seat of your choice and you book some other seat. Later on after an hour seats are released and you find yourself being cheated. Since the seat that you want to book is now released by the time you already have made transaction for some other seat. Customer care exec are foolish, they dont know how to resolve issues. They are more robots who repeat well formatted statements rather than concentrating on solving the issue. Bookmy show site should be banned. There is no option of transferring the seats booked even though its not your fault.
