I am a small entrepreneur, residing at MVP colony, sector-5, visakhapatnam-530017, andhra pradesh india

i purchased one SAMSUND INDIA LCD TV 26 inches at visakhapatnam dealer after using one and half year, picture failured and given to their authorized service center located at D. No: 52-10-10/1/6, ist floor, aspen towers, resapuvanipalem visakhapatnam-530013 andhra pradesh, india on 8th july vide their receipt no; nil dated 8/7 and they told i have to pay INR: 1- service charges for repair to working condition, then i shocked because i purchase LCD TV INR 26000/- i used only one and half year and the present the said TV is INR; 18000/-

this very unjustifiable and i have only one i am not enjoying TV program mes since 20 days my children's are worrying about to watch TV daily

kindly help me on this subject because i am a small entrepreneur i cannot afford such amount
