Airtel DTH
No installatiion after payment

I've purchase an airtel dth HD connection on dated 25/07 through online airtel dth sales department...& i was told that the new connection will be installed @ your home within 48 hours while you pay your new connection charges, as per our telephonic conversation, the collection person from shell transource ltd. who has the collabration with airtel dth services came to my home on date 26/07 for collecting the payment of 2250/-inr, & told us that on the next day the new HD connection will be done... but we didn't got any connection from airtel dth till 28/07 night, so we called to airtel cutomer care & i was told that we didn't recv. any kind of payment by your side... so i don't understand wht to do now...
