CAN''T SEE THE CHANNEL 50DAYS

Dear sir

I am virendra kumar singh rathore my customer ID 3001690172 can't see the channel in last 50 days I have complain local airtel agency Damoh MP many times STB are also change in last 14 days before but service engg can't start the programme B001 are Error code are display siganal stength are not avilable plz solve the problem I have say about service engg again 2 to 3 times & coustmer service agent tell him 2 to 3 times but nobody are come.
