The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I am wondering how a company can survive by serving its customers. Competitors, take a note - this is your chance to get people like me.

I am in Bangalore, recently moved to a new house and wanted to reinstall the dish I had purchased less than an year ago. Several (at least 50 times) phone calls made on this but nothing happend. At the end of the day I would an text message saying that the issue is resolved.

The way the customer service people behave is totally unprofessional. I doubt they even had any training on customer service. Very pathetic. Not sure what to do with them.
