Poor service faulty equipment

My existing set top box turned faulty after 2 years of operation. When I requested for a replacement, I was sent a used one and it turned out to be faulty. It took another week for the service center to send me another one (used) and this was faulty too. In have now requested for a NEW box (rather than a used/ recycled one). While Airtel agents tell me this is possible, the service center does not agree this can be done. The 'smart-alec- I- know-it-all' attitude of the service center manager is not helping solve this situation.

While this was going on, I discovered that Airtel has charged me twice for the same channels and was told that they were waiting for me to report this (since they cannot act without customer's permission). This is even more alarming since I have not keep track of all the charges over the last 2 years. Its a pity that I just filled a survey stating that I am happy with my DTH service provider and in a few days, I have had to reverse my stand. My complaint numbers are - 19583266, 198418164402.
