Compalint Against Airtel DTH

Dear Sir,
I had made complaint against my Airtel DTH services having the customer Id is 3004305244 in Airtel DTH Customer Care four or five times for my DTH dish having position in satellite 1 where some of the channels are not visible in this regard I had spoken customer care person where i had been informed satellite 2 is supports and visible for all channels. Where the customer care people assured me that he will help me out and inform me they will provide one service engineer to short out this issue at the earliest, but till date I am not getting the issue short out. Hence you are requested to raise a complaint to concerned authority and short out my issue as soon as possible.
