Cable Operator stopped broadcasting of Neo Cricket

I have subscribe to DEN DIGITAL Cable Networks Pvt. Ltd.

My Subscription Account Number is: 333036

Since last 15-20 days, while viewing Neo Cricket channel, there has been constant pop-up message stating: "Your cable operator has not signed fresh agreement. So, this channel will be stopped."

Now, since yesterday dated 12-11, Neo Cricket has been blocked or stopped.

So, I can't watch the live action of cricket between India vs. New Zealand Test series.

This is very frustrating and baffling, as I am an avid Cricket fan and want to watch the test match of India vs. New Zealand.

When contacted Den's customer care, they said, the matter is being on negotiation, and they can't tell exactly, when the broadcasting of Neo Cricket will resume.

Now, this is annoying, as I have paid full advance for a complete year, and I can't my live cricket match because, as Den Digital Network Pvt. Ltd. has some issues.

When I paid full year's amount in advance in June I was given assurance that I will be able to view, all channels included in that package.

Now, in mid period, they have stopped Neo Cricket.

I want my complete payment back, which is Rs. 3, 250.

I feel like I am being cheated, as they have not paid any payments to Neo Cricket, and as a result I am being devoid of watching my favourite sports actions.
