Service is very bad

Since from 6 months I taken the cable connection & set top box of digi cable network pvt. ltd. from local cable operator named as Suparna Cable Networks, in the set top box more than half channels are blocked & the balanced channels are not properly telecasting & when their collection boy came to us for monthly rent I told him about the problem, but instead of solving the problem the boy disconnected the cable line & ask me to speak properly & not loudly i.e. called dadagiri or bhaigiri like & when i called to the cable operator about the problem there's no response from them even nobody is listening to me. So, I need to know what I have to do & where I have to go to complaint, can anybody help me to solve this problem
