Airtel DTH
DTH connection not yet installed

I am Manish Prajapati, i have Booked Airtel DTH HD connection online through IVR payment via credit card worth Rs 2199.00 on 24 th oct as per the SLA Airtel DTH has to install the connection with in 2 days, till the mail written i have not received any confirmation call or installation from the company, despite of several reminder on their call center 12150, my customer ID-3009097118 and the transaction id 17329142. the payment, which i done through credit card on 24 th oct has been converted in 3 equal EMI, and out of that 1 st EMI already has been charged, now i have paid money and still not get the product after 23 days
