Mobile sms querry

Dear sir my vc 01506720816 i sent a sms on DISHTV CQ from mobile 9855620061 about channel ESPN-STARSPORT beside ESPN and STARSPORTS.I was asked to resend my querry on DISHTV CUSTOMISED which i did but the reply was that sms is incorrect. the reason given is vague and illogic.my other mobile no 9878364057 which is registered with you is with my son who is out of station for few days.my querry remains unanswered With regards mohan singh 02/02
