my airtel DTH not working 20.01.2010 In set up box no signal found. I call customer care he is many time told me recharge set up

box. I recharge set up box Rs100 after recharge no channel found.& no signal found In 14.02.2010 service engg. come my home he repaired DTH & 20.01.2010 DTH not working Sir my Cost. ID 3000081602 .in 02.03.2010 i call customer care i tolled my set up box no signal found he told me first recharge your set up box Sir I loos already Rs 300 why recharge i told first reaper my DTH set up box after i am recharge .he told me first recharged.sir why i am recharged already loose Rs 300. Plss suggest me what can i do.
