RECHARGE DATE REDUCED

I have recharged my Dish TV account with VC No 01508290139 on 29 Januaray 2010 for silver pack. I have made a online payment for 3 months Rs 375/-. I received a message stating that your transaction has been declined to avoid the disconnection I made a second time payment on the same date by selecting ZRZR offer and selected 2 Ala cart packs. I have given a call to the customer care for the same and they replied that they have not received the payment & my ICICI bank account will be credited in 2 or 3 days but on 03 Feb I received a message that they have received payment & my next recharge date is in month of August.

Yesterday I have received a message stating that your recharge date is 21-6 because I am not entitled for ZRZR offer for the payment received by them on 03 Feb.

If Dish Tv has not received the payment this is not my problem.

Further this should be resolved as early as possible.
