Pre-paid setup box not delivered

I ordered a dish Tv on 22nd march and same day i got a call from customer service that setup box will be delevered to my addres within 24 Hrs and Distributor who is responcible for installation was mentioned, my concern is till March 31st i have not recieved my setup box after repeated calling and email to customer service has no responce, even i requested to refund the money if they are not interested in selling the product which too has no responce
