Locked Free To Air Channel for VC no 01506226928

I took a dish TV set tpo box having Vc No 01506226928 to get the free to air channels always puls some pay channels when i like. When I stopped payment, they locked all channels. Making complaint the opened the free to air channels once.By upgrading software the again locked all channesl. Now i made complain but no action last more than one year. Very important channels like DD1, DD news ect. also locked. So i request to open all the important national DDs for all if they make complain or not.
