Cheating the Customer on Renewal

I have recharged my Dishtv in 19 Dec and the next renew date was showing 22-Jan. But when I logged into my website and checked it wwas showing 14-Oct. When I called the customer care they are paid al-cart package was enabled so it reduced from 22 jan to 14th Oct and it was enabled from MaY. Customer care dont have any perticular reason how it got enabled. The customer care is so verst that every minute they will give some other details. Dish TV is not maintenaing the database in correct manner. Being so much big service provider in india, they are cheating the customer. So be carefull while reacharging for annually.
