UNETHICAL CHARGES APPLIED

Dear Sir,

I am using dish TV connection from last 11/2 years. My VC no is 01504883241. My last recharge was for Platinum package for Rs.325/- . Now I wanted to renew it to Gold saver package of Rs.270/- . The customer service executive told me you will have to shell out Rs.40 more as you are shifting from a higher package to a lower pacakage. This is really disgusting as you can force your customer to go for a higher pacakge if he dosen't want to. The question is not of money but unethical practise followed by the Company. Please look into this seriously.
