Actibation delay

I have recently purchased a Samsung LCD TV on 04-Nov and got the Airtel Digital TV Connection (ID: 3006089464) complimentary

Till date the setup box/dish hasn't been installed at my premises

Inspite of calling the Airtel customer care every day for last 14 days and getting repeated assurance from them that it will be installed on the same day no one from Airtel has turned up yet.

The airtel customer executives and their supervisor have been incompetent and unprofessional in the way they handle the calls and give false assurances.
