Re installation

Hi this is sudheer, recently i shifted from hyderabd to chennai.i gave a request for re installation on 8th. every time when i am asking for the status they are telling 24hr from that time.. can some one please help me out of this. my VC no:01505622993 .and same time they are telling that the complain was closed and reinstallation was done. the customer care people doesn;t have the patience to listen and telling every time it will done in another 24 hrs. its almost 9 day from the first complaint give.
