Worst service

HI,

i had been using the airtel iptv connection for the last 6 to 7 months .i recently shift my house to a new location so i placed a request to shift the connection to a new location which happened on 10th of oct. But after the re installation my IPTV was not working so they said another tec guy will come the next day and rectify which did not happen.

I later on called the care no 08044444121 and raised another complain for which they said it will be resolved the next day which again did not happen. I complained 2 to 3 time by complaining in the care no but since i did not get any solution i raised my complain in 121@airtel.in. Again the result is same. Other than auto generated reply i did not get any solution to it.

Now i am tired of this and i want to cancel the connection and also suggest others not to take this connection as the service is very very bad.
